Not a Great Option

This dishwasher was installed and included as part of my new home purchase. It is very loud and quite often the pods do not dissolve. Capacity is okay, however the racks are a very cheap plastic so if you are not careful, I would not expect them to last. I would not have purchased this had I had a choice.

We would like to help you with the sound level and dispenser operation of your unit. Please ensure items are loaded properly, as incorrect loading can affect performance and noise levels. You can find loading tips specific to your unit on pages 11 to 15 of the owner's manual:

We are confident that the racks are built to withstand the unit’s cleaning and drying environments.
Regarding the detergent dispenser, we recommend using high-efficiency detergent in tablet or packet form. Also, ensure that the inlet water temperature is at least 120°F. Additional details can be found on page 9 of the manual.

New Dishwasher fail

You can lock or unlock the control panel by pressing and holding the Cycle pad for 3 seconds. Additionally, you can perform an electronic reset by turning off the breaker for 3 to 5 minutes and then turning it back on.

A six year old “durable good” that isn’t durable

I bought this model in early 2019. The electrical motherboard is fried, and the dishwasher is out of warranty.

Generally a great mid-range dishwasher. Capacity is fine for two people/normal use. No real bells and whistles. It's quiet. Only issue is the top rack needs to be pushed in JUST RIGHT and COMPLETELY for it to run well. The rack has a spray and that needs to be seated with the connection at the back of the washer. It can be a little bit of a process to get it centered and fully engaged. It works well, though!
