Not working as expected and taking too much time

Not working as expected and taking too much time for one cycle even though it is in NORMAL wash.

Terrible dishwasher

Brand new dishwasher came with a broken control panel. Been waiting weeks for GE to fix this and either the tech doesn’t show up or they delay servicing. I had the same issue with the control panel malfunctioning on a brand new GE microwave. Would not recommend this brand.

They don’t make them like they used to.

It doesn’t have vents to allow steam to escape. Therefore, it gets smelly very quickly.

Iffy touch pads

Looks great works good only problem I’m having is cancelling cycle & shutting it off. I read directions that said hold the start button for 3 seconds & it would cancel. Have to do it many times for it to shut down. This is very frustrating. Iffy

We want to help you with your dishwasher not canceling its cycles. When your unit is running and the cycle is not canceled after pressing the Start button for 3 seconds, service will be needed. We recommend reaching out to our Bodewell service team at 1-833-426-3393 to schedule an appointment.
