Very poorly designed.

Insulation on the dishwasher is poor. The unit looses a lot of heat through the top and heats the counter top above it. Also very difficult to keep the insulation in place when sliding the unit into the opening. Impossible to get at the back leveling feet once the unit is in its spot.

Dishes never come out dry even with the highest drying setting on and drying liquid.

We want to assist with your dishes not coming out dry once the cycle is complete. Your particular model has an option called "Dry Boost", which is is an innovative new drying option that targets hard-to-dry items like plastics. It significantly improves drying performance, providing up to three times better drying compared to a Heated Dry option. We recommend selecting this option to ensure your dishes are dry.
We also recommend reviewing helpful tips to enhance the drying performance on our website at the link here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17451&_ga=2.110349314.680372529.1710773575-1342374613.1688136512
If you continue to experience issues with drying, we recommend contacting our service department for further assistance at 1-800-432-2737.
Very good dishwasher but have not figured out how to get it to completely dry what is in the unit. There is still condensation on the interior of the washer.
Good dishwasher so far, just be careful installing

Form and function was well built, it’s a good basic design and does the job with no thrills, just solid work.
Install is good but be careful GE didn’t care about the installers, as under the frame is sheet metal is sharp as a razor, the electrical box cover is so sharp you could shave with it, I ended up not using it due to the worry of the cover cutting the wires over time.

We are pleased to hear that the dishwasher is performing and cleaning as expected, and we will definitely ensure your feedback is noted. We hope this appliance will add convenience and flexibility to your household flow for many years to come!
We replaced a 20 year old GE dishwasher. Somehow then interior of the new model doesn’t seem to be as large and the cleaning cycles take much longer than the previous dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
