While we’re glad you appreciate the quiet performance and how well the unit cleans, we regret that you have concerns over ease of loading as well as an issue with water not draining. Regarding the issue you’ve had with water being left in the bottom and not draining properly, you may want to check that the air gap (if you use one) isn’t clogged. Thanks for reviewing your dishwasher. We're sorry to hear that the dishes are not drying. Your dissatisfaction is understood, and we'd like to offer some help.

To troubleshoot, make sure your inlet water temperature is at least 120°F. Select Heated Dry or Dry Boost Normal/High. Use Wash Temp Boost/High. Select a higher cycle, such as Steam Sani or Heavy/Heavy Duty. Also, check to make sure the rinse agent dispenser is filled as required.
