Hello. We appreciate you letting us know what you think of this model. While we’re glad you overall like the dishwasher, we regret that you are a bit disappointed in the adjustability of the racks and lack of a third rack. We know those types of features can increase your convenience.

Our Dishwasher Design team will be updated with your feedback on both issues for future review and consideration. We do have other models that include a third rack for utensils and smaller items, and may make adjustments going forward. We can also advise that the stem safe shelf on some models can be placed in an up or down position or unfolded and placed in the lower unfolded position – you may want to check that feature on your unit to see if that will allow you greater storage flexibility.
