Frequent updates on the delivery schedule along with alerts for the need to be physically present (for signature) was also clear and often enough to not forget but not too often to be annoying.
Overall very happy with this purchase and the service.

The battery has been phenomenal, I use it all week and barely have to charge it during the weekend. Processing speed is excellent. Display is beautiful. Its very light, I've been traveling a lot carrying it in my briefcase. I would highly recommend this laptop for anyone doing work on the go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] X1 Carbon Gen 11is overall a great product. Only negative observation I had during the first month of used is that while charging you may see overheating underneath. Googled the incident and it seems that is a common known issue.
