[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent laptop. Probably a bit over my needs, but no regrets in buying it. My two reasons for choosing Lenovo: (1) positive reviews in PC magazines and (2) reliable performance from my previous Lenovo.
Like many, I have older hardware and software that I did not want replace. I bought an early version of the ThinkPad USB-C dock to solve my hardware requirements. Compatibility is always a concern, even within the same product line. Fortunately, the specs were fairly good.
As for the software, one 3rd-party program crashed the system. However, Lenovo online support removed the corrupted files and restored my system to a workable state. That's customer service at its finest!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a sleek and light little machine. I don't like heavy laptops and this one has been a very pleasant surprise. The keyboard is a little clacky sounding but has nice feedback to the fingers. I like that it does NOT have a keypad so the keyboard and touch pad are centered but not under my palms where I rest my hands to type. Love it.

It has several features that make it incredibly user friendly from just accessing the laptop with facial recognition to all of the apps that are available. The fact that it is climate pledge friendly is a definite plus and works with my company’s plans to have as minimum and impact on the environment as possible. If you are looking for a solid laptop for your small business, this is it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had the La[top since Christmas( received as a gift) and I Loved it until I booted it on 1/21/2024 and only half the screen lit up. Called customer service and they said they would send a replacement rather than having me send in for repair. If/when I receive the replacement laptop and if in good working rider, I would upgrade the review to 5 stars . AS long as it works, I really do lke this laptop
I would recommend this to a friend!
