[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Thinkpad X1 is working fine, but I am very disappointed that the built-in camera is not IR so it cannot be used to unlock the screen using Windows Hello. I would be willing to pay for the camera to be replaced with one with IR functionality as unlocking the screen with Windows Hello is important to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop is very light, yet it is more than enough computation power for most work I do. I can run multiple VM with resources to spare. The keyboard keys feels great. I also like the build in hdmi port, which is good for meetings.

Keyboard fits my hands, battery life is ample, it's very lightweight, and it performs quickly / well. Great work computer. Would love to have it as a personal computer as well.
I purchased this computer to replace a HP Spectre. I thought that it would be an upgrade. Sadly is much slower and the processing speed seems much worse. I cannot run a PowerPoint with video. I do not think that this computer will work for me. I have reached out to Lovo about returning it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice computer (fast, easy to use). 4 stars because the fingerprint reader sucks; also, after a critical update completed over the weekend, I could no longer log in with my PIN which included letters. So, two frustrations right out of the box.
