Sure there's a lenovo app, but I just ignore it. Everything else about this laptop is excellent. Backlit keyboard, high-powered CPU, enough RAM and storage to do what I need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We utilize the ThinkPad X1 Carbon's within our environment as the standard model for our laptop users. Through the years other brands and models have been experimented with, but this is the standard we have established as of 2022. Workhorse laptops that very reliable and rarely have any issues prior to the replacement time period. Highly recommended for work and I even went with one of these for my personal laptop at home due to my great working experience with them.
