I've never had a harder laptop to setup. Ever since buying this laptop, nothing runs quickly despite the metrics. Even simple things like opening Chrome cause frozen screens.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It arrived without the mouse I ordered and I find it very hard to work without a mouse. Additionally, very important things are now not displaying correctly on this computer. It feels cheaper than my HP Envy and I am feeling like I paid way too much money now. I wish I'd just have gotten another Envy
