[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like this laptop. Physically it is excellent. However, I’ve had functional issues with trust I’m still trying to correct. MS 365 compatibility issues on this laptop and not others. Zoom, Brother printer, and others do not function correctly. I’ve run diagnostics and cannot figure out how to fix. Kinda disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used HP, Dell, Lenovo, and MacBook Pro. The X1 is my favorite for a combination of light weight, long battery life and good processor for a light machine. This purchase was to move from a gen 9. I use it for development and general office work, and it easily handles it. I also appreciate the linux drivers. I pulled Windows off of this one and installed kubuntu. Strictly my opinion, but this machine running a linux variant (kubuntu for me) is a good open and configurable setup.
Note, I haven't run games on it so no comment on how it handles gaming graphics.
