Love It!!!

I am delighted that I bought the Nordic Track Rower; with the IFIT training! I am 63 years old and want to be in the best shape that I can. This is a non-impact machine that is easy on my joints.
I use it 5 days a week and love learning the correct techniques in rowing. I just absolutely love this exercise machine and will continue to use it as long as I can. The sales person told me I would love it and I DO!!!

I’ve had a NordicTrack for over two years IFit has yet to change or update any of their row classes I’m redoing the same classes two and three times in the new machine not that smooth very very unhappy
