Good product, seat could be more comfortable.

No real issues other than the seat could be a little more comfortable, maybe some padding. After long workouts your butt could be sore.

I did so much research before purchasing and made the commitment for the RW900 ... I got it delv'd and put it together myself --- It was pretty easy straightforward for the assembly, only issue --- it is very heavy so 2 people carrying in the box is a must!
I have been using it now a bit over 30 days and working out every other day ... I love it. What a complete workout and feeling good by it. iFit is nice and doing well for me. Overall I love this machine and will continue to use it! I hope to see some great results in some time down the road!

Invest in your health and work out

One of the best investment we made for New Year 2023. The workouts are very interactive and it is always updating for more ways how to use our rowing machine. All the trainers are very helpful and it challenge us to test our endurance. Owning one of this is great as we no longer go to the gym and it is very accessible whatever day or time we want to use it.

starting experiencing problem keeping connected. Began case number with support in December. Nothing is still resolved. Just within the last week the email I had sent regarding problem before I gave up and called them is being responded to.
