Flimsy plastic, corners snapped when installing

the corners didn't come together tightly so there was a visible gap at the seams. when using the cheap plastic corner piece to put together, the plastic snapped upon squeezing. looks nice, but not a sturdy "frame."
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor directions

Bought a black bevel frame and directions say they use clips and yet the magnet is supposed to be strong enough but it is not. No clips included and chat said no need for clips.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wildly overpriced

I have the modern teak bezel and it is adds a good touch and is a great feature for the Frame TV...but the price is totally outrageous for this being 4 plastic sticks with magnets attached.

Unexpectedly complicated install; pretty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The enormous box that houses power and media plugs is a largely unspoken detail of The Frame. For the TV to achieve its aesthetic potential, we had to make an even bigger hole behind the TV to house it.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the customizable bezel. Please see below for further help with installation:
1. Each bezel piece is labeled, so you'll know where to attach them.
2. Line up each piece with the corresponding side of the TV, and then slide them into place. It's usually easier to start with the bottom and top bezel pieces first, and then put on the sides.
3. The bezel pieces are magnetic and will attach instantly. Each piece should be flush once attached. Be sure to use the corner snaps to secure the pieces in place.
4. To remove the bezel, gently hold one piece and slide it off of The Frame TV. Repeat this for all four bezel pieces.
