Worst luggage I’ve ever had. Picked it up from baggage claim for the first use and one side had a deep dent, and one of the wheels were cracked. First time ever using it. Unacceptable

Easily cracked

Mine cracked after using is a couple of times. It has a ten year warranty, but I didn't think to keep the receipt/
