Horrible quality!!! Avoid.

Suggest avoiding Frigidaire period. Renovated kitchen & purchased five Frigidaire Professional line appliances. Have used for less than 2 months and have had 4 repair visits on two appliances. Double oven arrived with glass broken (1st repair), Double oven bottom oven won't close completely (another visit), Dishwasher arrived with interior mangled - exterior was fine so not damage on delivery. Took separate appointments to tell me that it was beyond repair (this after sending pictures to Frigidaire visibly showing damage). Frigidaire was not going to replace - thank goodness Brandsmart replaced without Frigidaire authorization. The dishwasher NEVER should have left the facility - horrible QC. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER BUY ANOTHER FRIGIDAIRE OR ELECTROLUX APPLIANCE.

Convention Roast does not pre-heat

I am very disappointed in this product. The cooking features, as explained in the Manual, have a preheat setting. For example, the bake, Air Fry, Broil and Convention Bake pre-heat. In the Manual on page 26 it clearly states that Convention Roast should preheat. When using convection roast, it does not pre-heat, which means you do not know when the oven has reached the temperature that was set. I spoke to Frigidaire support person who stated that was a problem and since the oven had less then 48 hours it could be replaced. The Oven was replace but the new Oven has the same problem. Is this a Manufacture defect? How do I get oven that works as stated in the manual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just had this oven installed and I am in love! I have not tried all the features yet, but plan to do so in the next week. The oven bake and slow cooker modes are wonderful and eliminates the need for a slow cooker. Plan on trying wings in the air fryer this week. This oven does it all and looks beautiful in my kitchen. If you do not cook or like to cook this product probably isn't what you are looking for as it is expensive. As a cook I will be using it constantly! Thank you for making this amazing oven.
