Just OK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooling is nice but it is definitely not a “firm” mattress. Way softer and bouncier than the one we tried in the store which we do not care for. It is also very low. We gave it about 12 hours to decompress and it sits at about 9 inches. We have also had a little more back pain since switching to this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Supposed to be good for support, my boyfriend and I woke up with back and neck pains every day. It’s sad the mattress had to be returned.

A Well-Balanced and Cozy Sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only slept on my new Snow Hybrid mattress a couple of nights but it’s already been such a comfortable and cozy sleep. The cooling technology seems to be working well since I haven’t woken up hot. I look forward to many more slumbers!
