We picked up the mattress without any difficulties. The compressed size made it manageable for two people. The mattress setup is simple once it is in the right place. It had a slight odor when the inner bag was first opened but eventually went away.
We usually sleep on firm mattresses. The Snow is more like medium-firm. It is quite comfortable and doesn't trap as much heat like others do.

No cooling feature

I’ve been sleeping on my snow mattress for about a week ago. I don’t notice the cooling feature in fact I was sweating the other night. I would’ve just purchased the original hybrid. Comfortable mattress easy set up and delivery just not worth the extra 500 bucks.

Love at first sleep!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was told it may take a bit to get used to a new mattress and to give it some time. The first night’s sleep was wonderful. My partner is heavier than I am and this mattress works well for both of us/allows us to both move around without waking the other! Both of us are thrilled with it and don’t feel like it is too soft or too firm.
