Not Cooling, Feel Every Moment

I really wanted this to work, especially since we bought the first ever Casper mattress 10 years ago and loved it (still going strong). I'm a hot sleeper and thought the Snow mattress would be the answer. Unfortunately it is only cool to the touch for a few seconds and I overheat again. That, I can deal with. What is worse is that I feel every movement my partner makes while sleeping, even in a king size and it's been hard to get a good night's sleep since getting it.
