Smell chemicals.

Strong smell of chemicals. After over 30 days still a strong smell of chemicals. It causes me concerns. I contacted support and not much support. The cooling system is causing concerns about the type of chemicals.

Way too soft

This mattress is too soft. It feels like I’m being swallowed up by it and I weigh less than 175 pounds. I was happy to go back to our old Casper mattress but unhappy to find out that they won’t come pick this up. they want me to keep sleeping on it even if it’s causing back pain for 30 days, additionally, it’s kind of ridiculous that they coerce you into buying a mattress protector out of fear of a stain voiding the warranty.

So comfortable with just the right support and softness and cool comfort.The outer edge of the mattress is nice and supportive.The Casper company was easy to work with and answered all my questions in chat support.
