Smell chemicals.

Strong smell of chemicals. After over 30 days still a strong smell of chemicals. It causes me concerns. I contacted support and not much support. The cooling system is causing concerns about the type of chemicals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Will be returning. I am a 30-year-old female and immediately developed back and neck pains I’ve never had before after we got this mattress. The mattress is so firm it is uncomfortable. We were sold on the mattress because we are hot sleepers — we noticed no difference in temperature at night. Yes, the mattress is noticeably cooler to the touch in the store, but then you take it home and cover it with a mattress protector and a fitted sheet, and that all goes away. Do not recommend.
