So far I am really enjoying the watch functions, I've currently only used it for workout and sleep tracking. I'm very excited to try out the golfing functions and see how it performs that way. I'm looking to gain insight on the club data, and debating on getting the club sensors to go along with it. I'm happy I opted for the smaller watch face as I have relatively small wrists

Superior Golf Smartwatch

Intuitive performance on the golf course, as well as the running trail. Compared head to head with Samsung Gear 5 using Arcos , the Garmin is much easier to use with great battery life.
For running, the Garmin and Samung stack up pretty evenly, but I favor the more detailed analytics found on the Garming Connect platform.
As a general connected smart watch, the Samsung gets the nod with greater phone feature integration. Overall, the strength for running and more specifically golf, keeps the Samsung on my wrist.

Golf watch improved

Love using this watch more than my s42
This watch gives me a better visual of the golf course. It allows me to see where bunkers are as well as any corners or dog legs.
For running i have about the same metrics as the s42 except i also get a heartbeat sensor metric as well.

In my opinion if you are looking to get more serious into golf and upgrade any current golfing watches you have I recommend the s70 approach. Especially if you are an avid runner as well. If you only need the basics of a golf watch with running features, get the s42. And if you dont run and just want golf than get the s10.

I had a S62 and replaced it with the S70. The S70 works great, easy to use and very accurate. It does help by swing but does give me great information on where I should be going.

I upgraded to the S70 from earlier S62. Still love it, but I have issues with the watch not capturing some of my shots. When I try to add them manually, it takes longer with the S70 because you've added a few steps. Hard to do with a gloved hand, so more steps and not able to select "add club" on the first try.
