Loving the watch but still learning about the features and how to get to them. Not quite as intuitive as the S40 I had but see the many advantages the S70 has over the S40

Outstanding Golf/Smart Watch

The S70 42mm is a fantastic watch for all activities. I use it for golf, running, cycling, walking and indoor spinning classes. it tracks all activities flawlessly. The golf function provides so much information I rarely need to use my Leupold range finder. I also like the sleep tracking and data. I almost never wear any of my other watches because I like all the S70's functionality. It is so good I got rid of my Fenix6S and Venu2+! I did buy a Hemsut band to replace the stock Garmin band to have quick release and no silicone.

Better than I thought it could be

My S62 was malfunctioning and rather than try to get it fixed, I purchased the S70. I considered buying another S62 because it served all my needs and was a great watch until something happen to its performance. I was shocked at the price for the S70 but went ahead and purchased. I am happy to report it is better, faster and easier to pair than prior models. So far, I am glad I purchased it.

I had the Approach 40 and it was great, just wanted an upgrade. Can change the watch face to 100’s of options! Battery life is A-mazimg!! Love the wind and pin pointer options. Easy to use. Love Garmin!

Not easy to learn how to use it in the golf course

Other than the golf features on the watch, everything else is pretty trash. Plus, the garmin golf app is by far the worst I have ever seen (compared to arccos and other Apple Watch golf trackers), giving you very little data.
