My Series 5 watch was only lasting until 4 p.m. or 5 p.m. on a normal day. If I tried using it for golf or longer workouts the battery died much sooner. I've also wanted to try the Garmin Approach CT10 with my new PXG clubs to measure each club's distance. I've been amazed at normal use and how little the S70 needs to be charged!!! Five stars!!! The four stars come from using and connecting to my iPhone. The Apple interface is flawless. Where the Garmin interface is chunking. Some of it is the learning curve of new software. So far I'm darn happy!!!!

The biggest problem I have is navigating the features. It also does not seem to measure the distance of my shots.

Just received my new S70 and love all the features EXCEPT a pain in the butt to change the straps. Should have been the same as the previous generation to just snap the button to change..

Great gadget for golfers

Loved the watch. Great stats and easy to use. However, I did have issues connecting the watch to my Pixel 8. The battery life is amazing. I have had it for over two weeks and have not charged it yet.

I have not had a chance to use my watch for golf yet, but I am looking forward to it. I have used it for steps, bike riding and walking to track path and distance. I like the featues but I am still learning about them. I like that you can go online on the computer as well as a phone or Ipad.

I’ve been waiting for the S70!

Love them both, but I just replaced an aging Garmin Vivosmart and a Garmin S20 with the new Garmin S70. The S70 does everything these two devices could do and much, much more. I also am a fan of the “always on” feature that allowed me to set it up to look like a normal watch. Love it!

More than expected

I’ve been a loyal Garmin customer for several years now. This watch was a replacement for an older model and it superseded expectations. It’s wonderful for golf but the health information is invaluable. Thank you all at Garmin for a wonderful line of products.
