Great Watch with Lots of Functionality

It took me awhile to configure. It's not as easy as an iWatch to set up, but the functionality far outweighs an iWatch. The battery life is far superior s well.

The stats are easy to comprehend and the features can be customized as desired! I had an Apple Watch before and the difference in performance is huge! I love it!

Easy transition and upgrade from an Apple iWatch

Battery life is amazing, I love being able to adjust the watch faces to see the stats I’m interested in tracking. My main focus is tracking my walk distances, as my dogs age I don’t want to push them too hard but I want to keep us both healthy and active along with keeping track of my cycling activities. It’s so nice not to have to worry about running out of battery life half way thru the day like I would with my iWatch. I was already a Garmin Connect app user since I ride with a Garmin Edge 830 and I love that unit. The Epix has so many great features that I’m learning more each time I have a spare minute to watch more youtube videos on it.

Money Well Spent

I upgraded my standard 47mm epix to the epix Pro 42mm, due to the ECG app availability. Although I would have been happier if the new feature would have come with a new software update on the old watch, I did not regret my purchase. I like the smaller watch face better, and the built--in watch face customization options are also great! The watch is very accurate and part of my daily life. Great job Garmin, keep it up!

Have had this watch for about a month. So happy with this purchase, I have found this a very valuable tool for me. Lots of good metrics, long battery life and very stylish. I was an Apple Watch user for years, and I’d never go back!

Almost Perfect!

I bought this watch and gave up my Apple Watch which I had for 8 years. my Garmin watch now provides me with so much more information and details than my other. I love that it so much more durable, more appealing to the eye and just an overall better watch. The only thing that I miss sometimes is having that cellular option. Only because I have kids and sometimes walk away from my phone and would hate to miss something from them or school etc. But honestly all in all this is by far the best watch I have owned and I see myself returning to Apple NEVER.

Great Fitness/Sport Watch

Obviously, this is not a cheap watch and may be overkill for many users, but it should be a wonderful upgrade for many people. Good battery life and health stats worth knowing. I will say that the built in flash light is used more frequently than I ever imagined. Who would have thought?

Excellent fitness and golf tracking

Coming from a Fitbit this Epix 2 Sapphire DLC carbon titanium blows it out of the water in terms of fitness tracking. Sleep scores are accurate. Training readiness is a helpful feature to determine how much rest is needed between workout days. The golf tracking and app are literally game changers. Exact yardage for clubs on course is tracked and averaged over time. Also provides maximum yardage for each club. My only criticism is regarding the cosmetics. Although the DLC coating is durable, the titanium bezel is not. I barely tapped the watch against a counter and now there’s a small dent in the bezel. Otherwise pleased with this device.
