Amazing all around Multisport Multipurpose Watch

Fantastic multisport/multipurpose watch. It tracks my runs, swims, and rides and easily integrates with 3rd party apps like Strava, Final Surge, Training Peaks, etc. Keeps me connected with notification messages when I am out and about. It has a ton of advance features, so many that I can't keep track, but I highly recommend it for tracking your training progress!

I am a busy mother of three teen boys, and I try to stay as fit as possible while working and running kids around. This watch allows me to stay on target with my sleep and fitness goals. Not having to carry another device to listen to music while I run is a game changer. Bonus - it's sleek and stylish!

Best Watch Ever

This watch was a delightful upgrade to my previous Garmin watch. I didn’t need to replace my previous watch, but after getting the Fenix for my husband at Christmas, I wanted this watch. I run, walk, weightlift, do yoga, swim, Sup—you name it. I love the ability to see how I slept, suggested workouts, etc upon waking.

Love love love this watch, I had a Fenix 7s as my first watch in 2023 and it was great. The features are so useful and I utilize this for running, hiking, swimming, cycling, strength training. Overall great watch but I had to warranty it 3 times and finally ended up with this fenix 7s pro. Equally useful and the light is so great (one of the main factors in me wanting it). But I have also had to warranty this one too recently. And all of my issues were different each time across all the watches. Rather annoying especially since I also had to warranty my garmin descent 3 times as well. But really the benefits have outweighed the issues I had and Garmin is great with help and the warranty so I would still recommend these to anyone.

I bought this a month ago when I saw they were getting rid of them for the Fenix 8's. I had done a product comparison on the site before, and the only thing the 8 had the 7 didn't was an AMOLED screen, and slightly better waterproof rating for the new dive features. That was it. Not enough for me to want the 8 over the 7, or justify the large price difference.
Beyond that, this is a huge upgrade for me from my fitbit. I wanted a watch that would be durable and have a longer lasting battery than the Apple or Google watches. I loved it could have increased accurate GPS coverage and maps for when I go hiking. My sister has the Apple and her battery not only dies before a long hike is over, but the GPS isn't as accurate.
The health metrics seem to be in depth compared to the fitbit, and I like seeing my training status and load efficiency.
I tested this battery last week. Any time you start a GPS related activity it zaps the battery more. I was also out in full sun often so this helped. I was able to log a hike + 3 short kayaking sessions on one charge, and it lasted 11 days before needing a charge. (I did not have any smart phone notifications turned on) If you're looking for a watch that's geared more towards those who are into outdoor recreation for their exercise, and has the rugged durability to survive these activities, this watch is for you. If you need just a smart watch for time, emails, and what not this watch might be overkill for what you're looking for.

I upgraded from a Venu 2 to a Fenix 7s after I determined that I wanted more training features and data points as I marathon train. This watch is everything and more than I ever could have hoped for in an everyday watch, fitness tracker, training tool and its all wrapped up in a very stylish exterior. The battery life is phenomenal. The ability to load my training plans on to the watch is simple. While I loved my Venu 2 and I so happy that I made the switch.
