Cool toy

Sturdy and easy instructions!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mega blocks has never disappointed! The material is sturdy as always and simple instructions. Even during role play, we are able to maneuver it without any pieces falling apart. Perfect set to work on with your little one.

Mega Halo Recon review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I dare say better than any other building blocks. Mega blocks Hornet Recon with its high level of detail and quality design makes Mega blocks stand above the competition. From moveable landing gear, head light, wing thrusters, and twin mounted cannons, my kids had no trouble immersing themselves into their imaginations. Not to mention the points of articulation of the figurines are designed with; something you don’t get with other building block’s figurines. All in all, I’ve been playing with blocks since a child, and this has to be hands down one of the best builds I’ve seen.

Fun and Easy to build

He was in his room for hours building and then playing with this cool Halo aircraft. He absolutely loved it! It also was super easy for him to build on his own which I absolutely loved!

Realistic looking building block plane

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid 4. Although a really cool plane, my 9 year old, an avid block builder, said some of the parts were difficult to assemble. He definitely thought the finished product was really neat and realistic looking.

Very cool set once built

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very cool set once it is built. However, the building process was a little difficult for my 9.5yr old. He also got very frustrated that it would fall apart when trying to add a piece or extra step. It definitely took 2 sets of hands towards to “hold” it together the end to complete fully. But once built he thought this was very cool and liked how it moves.

Cool but tedious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this is really cool. All put together it looks really awesome! The biggest downside is that is really really tedious to put together. The total time it took for me and my son to build it fully was an hour. Still a cool toy and we had a lot of fun working on it together!

Keeps child interested

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 8 yo son who is very good at legos built this.. though he completed it faster than legos he still had fun building it and playing with it. The pieces do seem smaller than legos. Requires parent assistance if they can not read the manual my 8 yo had to help my 6 yo with instructions.
