No way to change batteries

Had it a year and it wouldn’t stop making noise so had to cut it open to stop it now it’s in the bin

Horrible toy

Worst toy ever. Started making unstoppable noise. No way to access a battery, no off button, nothing. Literally put it in the garage overnight and no it does nothing. I would expect far better product design for something with the Star Wars franchise label.

Awful Disney crap!!

Same as everyone else. When it nears the end of it's life after nearly 1 year it just squeaks sound bytes and won't stop making noise. Completely frazzled. Can't zip it open, no velcro, no way to access or change the battery. Absolutely shocking from Disney but also completely predictable. All the 4/5 star reviews are French on here so likely Mattel im-house fake reviews. Read the English ones for the truth!! Awful product.

Horrible. My son just got this for Christmas. After pressing it down to jump just one time the noises started and won't stop. Who's design was it to need to cut it open to get to the battery??? Velcro on the bottom would be helpful. It's been several hours and it still won't stop!!!!! I don't want to throw a brand new toy away but it's driving me crazy. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!
