Pokemon fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had Pokemon Forgotten ruins for our 6 year old as he absolutely adores Pokemon. The set comes in a box with an instruction booklet. Each step is numbered and the bricks are packed in separate numbered bags to make it easier to find the parts that you need. The booklet uses blue to highlight where the parts need to be attached. We did find some of the pictures/instructions a little ambiguous but you can find the instructions on line where you can rotate the pictures to get a better angle. All in all it was a good set but my 6 year old lost a bit of patience with it. To be fair it does say 7+on the box so we were probably being a bit optimistic. There are 3 pokemon characters to make that go with it, which needless to say we're his favourite parts Definitely a set to buy for pokemon lovers and endless hours of fun building and playing when completed.

. Every child that loves Pokémon will love this . It bits are easy to use and play with . Definitely worth getting for Christmas. Will definitely recommend to parents with small children

Yay Pokemon Lego!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So excited to see pokemon lego, as an adult it's great fun and it's suitable for the kids too... We all know pokemon is loved by all ages as is trusty lego! This is great creative fun set for display as I've done complete with pokemon figures or it is very play friendly and the kids took some time to enjoy pokemon hunting in lego form around the ruins... As usual for lego it's well built good clear instructions and always of great quality

Great fun

Great set for a Pokémon lover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly recommended, if your a Pokémon lover! The set is fun to build, easy to follow instructions, with a few of the characters. Plus knowing you can buy other sets to make it a bigger set helps for gift buying. We love it.

Tricky for 7 year olds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 7 year old was super excited by this pokemon set, however upon opening he gave up building it very quickly at which point I took over and even I struggled, the instructions are straightforward however they don't seem to completely sync with the illustrations so some pieces end up incorrectly positioned, also some of the really small pieces to build the pokemon were missing, the pieces are very small and fiddly and not all are as secure once built as you'd hope they would be, great if building with a parent but wouldn't recommend for a 7 year old building on their own.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
