Great size and features, however the first day the straps (not stashed) got caught in the wheels. This caused them to partially rip. I have folded them to shorten and taped them in duct tape.

We recently bought two of these for our 18-year-old kids, and they really like them so far. They haven’t had them long enough to fully put them to the test, but I can already tell they’re going to hold up well. After seeing how much they were enjoying theirs, I decided to get one for myself—and I’m so glad I did!
This bag is super versatile. I can roll it around when I don’t feel like carrying it, but it’s also really comfortable to use as a backpack when I need to. The compartments are well designed, with plenty of space for my laptop, tablet, and all the other stuff I carry. It’s sturdy too, so I know my gear is safe.
The padded straps and back make it easy to carry, and I love the wheel cover to keep things clean when I’m wearing it as a backpack. Overall, it feels like Samsonite really thought of everything with this design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’d been looking for a long time for a carry-on size wheeled backpack for travel. I looked at many, but they were designed more for day travel or office/school use. This one is very roomy. The large compartment unzips almost fully unlike a traditional backpack that unzips only about halfway, so it’s easier to pack clothing & other items and get to them when needed. Two other sections leave plenty of room for a computer, files, books, etc. I use that space to pack a couple pair of shoes
