I’ve had an HP all-in-one PC for 8 years that’s performed well so, when it came time to purchase a laptop for mobility the choice was clear. This laptop is super fast and Windows 11 was easy to learn. The unit is sleek with a beautiful display.
Love to bigger screen. A little heavier, not as easy to open lid. Windows 11 takes getting used to, but it a little easier as you learn. Still it's what I wanted and I'm still happy with it so far.
Keeps crashing. Touchscreen no longer working. Pointer Pen was not included with the unit. This was to replace my HP Spectre which was/is an excellent business laptop. I don't have the time to spend resolving all the errors on this unit and I suspect Windows 11 (upgraded to Pro) is responsible for the majority of these issues. Printers (Brother brand) not working properly and it's a pain to update the drivers on Windows 11. At this point, this goes on a shelf until someone has the time to resolve all the issues. Is it too much to expect a computer to function correctly out of the box now?
After using this device 5 or 6 times, the key board stopped working. Was forced into restarting the lap top which fixed the issue. Not sure for how long. When loading web pages it takes a while. Nothing is fast about this. However the issue maybe due to the router on my end.
Solid laptop with nice large, sharp screen and fast processor. I use it as a sleeker desktop and don’t travel with it much as it’s not all that portable given size and weight. However when I do have the need to travel with it I find it manageable. Perfect fit for my needs.
Computer has performed well thus far. Bright screen, quiet operation. Performs well for home use. Touchscreen is nice. Biggest complaint is the stylus pen was not included as advertised. Would prefer the stylus as I do not like fingerprints on the screen.
