Laptop arrived scratched on the bottom. It couldn't have happened in shipping because it was well packed. Must have happened on the assembly line. But I can't afford to wait for a new one since I need it for critical work.

Great PC. Two challenges (disappointments) with it: 1. With an Bang & Olufsen sound system built in, I was encouraged that it would be good for listening to music and videos. Unfortunately, it's barely audible for those uses. 2. The super-light toned keyboard letters, numbers and symbols on light grey/silver keys makes it hard to see in many different lighting settings. The backlighting of the outline of the keys just makes it worse.

Excellent! HP fixed the overheating making the fan stay on all the time (making the pc constantly hot). I bought a pc couple years ago and returned for that reason. This pc is great. smooth edges. good speakers. fast. ALUMINUM!!!
