I like the Envy being so easy to set up and operate and how fast it runs with no lag or buffering. The fact that it can handle my 3 browsers and all the tabs I have open on these browsers at the same time and have it still run smoothly with no overheating for 12 hours a day is what I wanted in my laptop. This is a very nice laptop and I would recommend it with no reservations.

I purchased the Envy 17 and have really been liking the upgrade from my 5-year-old pavilion 15. Beautiful display, quality feel, easy transfer of files etc. Great Presidents' Day pricing. So far so good. Hope to have it for many years to come.

I have just set this up and it seems great. I have only 2 issues.
1. The backlit keyboard is a great idea, but it doesn't help too much unless it is pretty dark. The keys are silver and there is no contrast, so you can't read the keys very well in moderate lighting - if it is lit

2. The Type C USB power connection. The Type C is a little fragile in my oppinion, but we will see
