I find the navigation between screens a little confusing. I cant seem to just go back to home screen easily. 😕 i can not burn cds. Which was the only thing i had ask the professional for. 🤔 although i do like the system over all i do have to find a way to down load my videos and transfer them to a cd
I was glad I was able to get as much as I did when I bought this computer, but there are a few features that would've been nice to have as an option. For one, not having a CD/DVD drive is one of the biggest downfalls. Even if it weren't offered standard, it could've been included as an extra for those who want one.
The other thing I miss is the fingerprint reader, although I am getting used to the facial recognition, but it doesn't work great in low light situations. It's something that could've easily been done as an option for those who want it.
The only reason I bought this particular computer is because I loved my old ENVY until the fan died and couldn't be replaced. It also has the NVIDIA GeForce, which was a must for me, and so difficult to find with all of the other specs I needed. I haven't yet put it to the test, but I'm hoping for the best.
I have never owned a laptop before and after much research I decided on the HP Envy. It is everything I was expecting and more. I do not like using a trackpad and love that this is a touchscreen. The battery seems to last forever and charges pretty quickly. I would buy again!
