The return product sales lady was very helpful.
However, I have a hearing issue and event with my hearing aids, her accent made it difficult for me to understand her. I used the phone's speakerphone option and my wife had to relay the conversation to me.

Machine has no LAN port, so much use an adapter. It has 2 USB-C ports, BOTH on the right side. Most users are right handed. The port adapter gets in the way of the mouse. Why not put a USB-C on EACH SIDE?
Machine will not run Mozilla Firefox without issues.
Cannot import Outlook from Office 365 .pst file. Only takes .ost which cannot do categories in Outlook Calendar.
Very unhappy with machine and will probably return it.

Screen light is DARK with brightness adjustments up to 100% and all filters off. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. Its as if there is a grey film covering my screen. White does not exist on my screen. I purchased this computer because the screen on my old laptop periodically loses its picture to colored striped lines. Even on it's worse day, the screen brightness on my old laptop is much brighter than my new one.
