Only boots up properly part of the time- frequently just get the black startup screen and never-ending circle, turn off, repeat. Hard to request support when it won't even function. Extremely disappointed. This review was submitted on our 2015 pc which the new HP was purchased to replace.

just opened my new computer today, Dec. 4th. I needed to get a new one as my old HP which I had got from you in 2016 was not working properly. When I phoned to get this new one, the old one had stopped working for me to enter anything. I turned it off as I had done many times before but left it off for a couple of days this time. When I turned it back on, it started working prefectly. So I was using it and still am. I thought I better start entering my info. into the new one I bought so am doing that today. I had also taken the old one to a computer repair shop and they could not fix it and said I needed a new one, so I thought I did. But I guess that isn't so but I have the new one now and I guess I better keep it incase the old one starts acting up again.
