Great thermometer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thermometer is really nice and easy to use. I trust the temperature reading on it. You can use it by scanning the forehead. You can also use it by inserting into the ear. To use in the ear, remove the cover that is needed to scan the forehead. The cover is easy to remove (twist and pull) and replace (snap back on). I’m glad we have this thermometer!

Didn't perform as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product recently and it just didn't perform as I was expecting. The batteries need replacing often and it's difficult to work the various functions. If you have to use it in more than 1 room to get an accurate reading it needs to be in each room at least 30 minutes. Unrealistic for middle of the night temperature checks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s extremely lightweight and can measure temps of the air, food, ear, and forehead. Results are displayed very fast. It also has memory so you can see the precious temps taken.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The MaOBI - DualScan PRIME Ear & Forehead Digital Thermometer is one of the best digital thermometers I have ever used. The ease of use is so great by getting results in just 2 seconds. The results show up right away with a large backlit display for easy read. It stores 19 previous readings. This thermometer can be used both on forehead and ear and both Fahrenheit and Celsius readings. The other neat option is that you can measure the temperature of foods and liquids. It is small enough to carry with you in a bag, purse or even a diaper bag.

It has been pretty accurate when compared to a rectal or under the tongue thermometer and is a bit faster/easier to use. The digital reading is clear. It fits fairly comfortably in the ear which is helpful for quick and efficient use.

For parents it’s very useful because you can also check the water temperature and for the fever it’s very simple to use.
