[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an awesome DualScan PRIME Ear & Forehead Digital Thermometer. It worked perfectly while using for head and ear temperatures. I did try it on liquid and it worked great. I would definitely recommend for anyone needing a new thermometer.

I love how you can use it different ways to get a temperature. The quality is really amazing i love the fact that it can use on your entire family. Nonetheless, this a great thermometer and i it's digital as well. The digital thermometer isn't hard to use at all. Overall, I would definitely recommend to anyone whose looking for a great DualScan PRIME Ear & Forehead Digital Thermometer. I so love it. So great to have.

Decent thermometer, set up was a bit bumpy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The part of the thermometer that has the temperature conducting piece is not as close to the tip as I would expect it to be for an accurate reading. so I question the accuracy of the temperature is showing me. Set up does require reading the instructions a few times, it’s definitely not a plug-in batteries and go. It does give a temperature reading very quickly. I’ve used it a few times, hoping it grows on me more the more times I use it

Lightweight and compact

prefer this come in some type of a box or easier to open packaging. The instructions were very unclear. I had a difficult time knowing what buttons to push to adjust the actual hours of the date and time. That step was skipped. After pushing the buttons for a bit I was able to figure out what to do. I wish for a clear, concise manual that just walks you through exactly how to set the date, time and either Celsius or Fahrenheit. If you are using this for the first time and have someone sick in the family this isn’t the time to have to work with difficult instructions.

It is small and lightweight which makes it easy to use. It’s not heavy and bulky and easily fits in the palm of your hand. The lightweight nature of this is both an blessing and a curse. I am slightly worried
that if dropped it would break. I don’t think it is made of the heaviest plastic.

I used it several times on the forehead and wasn’t able to get a accurate reading. It would read low.
I am assuming my forehead needed to be wiped
with a alcohol wipe or something for it to not have any oils. It would read “low.” When I used it to get a temperature reading with the inner ear function that worked better. The outer cover snaps off revealing a slim tip that can easily be inserted into the ear canal. I found it to be comfortable and didn’t irritate my ear canal. Once in the ear canal I pushed the “ear” button and was able to get a reading quickly. Within a few seconds. I compared this to a traditional under the tongue thermometer and I found the reading to be accurate.

The digital readout is very easy to read. The displace is a clear, large digital display.
Overall I think this is a decent thermometer. I do not think it is one that would hold up very long if used with young children. My child grabs the thermometer and wants to investigate it. If this one was dropped on the ground I think it might break.

This is great for my toddler

Great for squirmy babies

I have a very squirmy 8 month old, I'm always looking for day ways to do things like his temp. This thermometer reads fast and is pretty accurate. Hes teething so he runs temp quite often. I definitely reccomend this.
