[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can test body temperature via ear or forehead AND you can test food (liquid solids) temperature as well.
The food temp is what got my attention. You have to be about 1" of distance to the surface of the food and it takes a split second to give you a reading. It's pretty cool.
You can set it to give you Fahrenheit or Celsius readings.

Works really well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having both a newborn and a toddler I have to say this thermometer is a life saver. It’s always a fight to get my toddlers temperature and this takes that fight away and I don’t have to use a rectal on the baby all the time. I love it.

This thermometer is fast at giving very accurate readings and can fit in a purse, backpack or diaper bag easily! I love that I can use it not only for checking a temperature of my kids water as well as food!

Makes it more convenient That it is for the ear and forward get that double check or even use what your child prefers. The screen is easy to read and lights up. With covid this is a great way to prescreen the family.

This is why we got another thermometer to ensure that every family member is well. Unlike the traditional thermometer that we currently have, the MOBI - DualScan PRIME Ear & Forehead Digital Thermometer is easier to use with a toddler. You can read the temperature clearer and faster. Also, you can read the water and food temperature with this thermometer

It has an easy to read display, is lightweight, and could be used to measure various things, such as bath water, body temp, and even food. So for that reason I find it to be an excellent all in one.

Great for adults!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thermometer came just in time for my family to be hit with a virus. It was useful in getting a quick and accurate read of everyone’s temperature. We found that the in ear reading was slightly more consistent and seemed to be more accurate than the forehead reading. When trying in the ear a few times in a row the same reading was given, but when used on the forehead a few times in a row it would vary by a decimal point or two. This is totally fine when dealing with under 100 but once it gets higher than that every point counts and I would rather use the ear to be safe. It was easy to set up the time and date with clearly stated instructions included. It is also very easy to use and does not take much brain power to figure out as there are only two buttons to use when taking temperature and those are labeled head or ear. Just note that you will need a cover and there are none included so these need to be purchased separately.
