Love it, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek design. Smooth to the touch, smart design. I like that it memorizes previous temperatures taken and at what time. You can take ear or forehead temperatures, or test water, food and surface temperatures. This is great to have if you have a baby like we do. Great product.

Didn’t work

When we touch his body we could feel blazing hot but when we tried checking his temperature using dual scan prime Forehead and ear thermometer it was showing minimal temperature 98F. We tried multiple times to see if we are using it in a wrong direction. We read the instructions over and over every time we check it gives different readings. It was not giving accurate temperature reading. We confirmed it using other thermometer which was showing 102.8 F reading. We tried both fore head and ear feature both failed. It was showing almost 3degrees under what my other available thermometers. I would definitely would not recommend this .

Garbage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this thermometer a few weeks ago. Two days ago my daughter came home sick, flushed and congested. She was hot to the touch. I use this thermometer, and it read 96.7°F. I knew it was wrong so I took her temp again. It read 102.6°F and again 97.3°F. I took my own temp and it was over 100° . Finally used my old outdated trusty glass thermometer and it gave me the SAME accurate temperature each of the 3 times I took it. I will not recommend this product. It is completely unreliable, thank goodness I had a regular old thermometer on hand.

Not Accurate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this thermometer in hopes for a better reading since the touchless ones were said to be inaccurate. I have used this one multiple times now and never get the same temperature reading. I usually check at a minimum of three times just in case I don't hit the same spot, but all three different readings and not just slightly. I do love the in ear function but again different readings each time.

Confusing product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every time I used the thermometer comparing the readings on the forehead vs ear, I got a different reading. The instructions were confusing and I tried several times to figure out how to turn it off. It doesn't automatically shut off if you dont set up some kind of sleep mode that I couldn't figure out, so I eventually just took the batteries out.
