Impossible to setup

Their software is in an incomplete state. It has a Google Play store rating of 1 star and an Apple store rating of 2 stars. My s23 ultra cannot add the device successfully. It takes ~10 minutes to find the device and it got stuck at setting the timezone. I had to add it using an Apple device but still there are integration problems. I haven't been able to get the routines to work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product with easy setup

It makes so much easier for me to use the Ryse SmartShade after linking it to Ryse SmartBridge. Setup was quick and easy. It's awesome to use Alexa now to control the SmartShade as well as to setup routines in the Ryse app. Really great product!
I would recommend this to a friend!
