Even though it is well organized, it hurts hands, fingers, and nails. It must be produced more flexible materials particularly zips and behind the line materials. They make hard to put stuff.

Love the color and design. But, it's been less than a month and one of the wheels is having issues. It gets stuck, does not spin (360) or roll and the silver cap broke off. The handle is not sturdy at all, very wobbly as you pull it and does not lock in place very well. You have to push the handle down and slowly pull it back up to lock in place. If you adjust the handle and miss the locking hole, you have to doing it all over again. I use it daily for work and I was expecting better quality for the price, and company. It is likely I will have to call and replace it.
