The New original pillow is disappointing. The original pillow that was made when Casper came on the market was the best, original pillow. Making the outer shell of polyester was terrible. Just like the original sheets as well. Both sets are awful and nothing like the first generation sheets. Should have left the pillows and sheets alone, exactly how they were made in the beginning. Disappointing!

Seems to be a good quality pillow but not right for me. A little too overstuffed, and I am accustomed to a flatter pillow. It was creating some neck issues for me with having my head more elevated.
