One reason I bought this pillow is because I like the pillow-in-pillow design. However, I found that the fill in the outer pillow is not stitched down--the lines on the reverse are there for--decoration, maybe? It bunches up with washing and takes forever to dry. However, it is well-made from quality materials, so that's a plus. Since I can't return it, I use it as a back support while reading in bed, and it's great for that. Casper, PLEASE stitch down the fill in the outer pillow!
