Why was this pillow changed? The one I got years ago was perfect. This newer version is basically completely flat when you put your head on it.

I absolutely love Casper pillows!! They are the only one I will use! I have 3 now. 2 standard and one king sized. They are super comfortable to sleep on. And I get the best nights sleep since I started using them. Highly recommend by me! Thanks Casper! You guys make quality pillows
