It’s a little too soft but I’m keeping it. It’s a thousand times better than my last one. Pillows are such a difficult fit. I can punch this one up so I am comfortable. Good news is I am sleeping better!

I wanted to like it... I plan to keep trying it for the 100 nights. I am on night 15? So far I think it is a bit too firm for me. It looks very nice and is very fluffy, and holds its shape well--which may be my issue with it i think I am reazlizing I like a soft support pillow. I want to really sink into it versus lay on top.

I opened my box and was not impressed. Slept on it for a few nights and just did not get it. I received an email with instructions on how to fluff and make this pillow mine. Since then I'm sleeping better and my pillow is growing on me. I don't live it yet but it's getting there.

My favorite pillow now

I like its heft (weight) and its substantial feeling. Perfect for side-sleepers like me. No need to punch it or rearrange it during the night. As other reviews mention, it did lose some loft after the first couple of nights. I'll buy a couple more so the pillows match across my bed. I'd recommend it to anyone unless they sleep on their stomach or like something terribly soft.

For years, we had Sleep Number pillows and loved them. However, I developed neck pain and knew they needed to be replaced. We purchsed the same pillows as we loved them. The neck pain continued, they didn’t seem the same. So, we purchased the Casper pillows. We love them! After two weeks, my neck pain is gone. It doesn’t feel like they should make a difference, but they sure do. Thank you, you have earned new customers!
