The loft is not good,

The loft is not good, it flattens immediately with no bounce back against head when laying down, something has changed since they started making these. Also, they do not consider pillows a returnable item even it not used. I ended up removing the inner pillow of this new pack and replacing it with my 2021 Casper inner pillow, it was much better. Yes, you can wash the outer pillow but beware over time they begin to get lumpy even washing on gentle cycle. So now I steam cycle them only for refresh.

The outer cover (soft part)needs

The outer cover (soft part)needs to be a little thicker. It's better than the older ones that just went flat, but another 1" of fluffy would be great.

I waited a few weeks before writing a review. I am very happy with this pillow. It's firm yet comfy. It has the ability to wrap itself around shoulders and head and feel secure. Just what I have been looking for from a pillow.
