Not the same quality

I bought a Casper pillow a few years ago and loved it. It was time for a new one and I ordered thinking the quality would be the same. The quality is actually worse than the previous pillow I owned in its current condition. It does not provide nearly the same support and seems like much poorer in quality. I will not be purchasing another.
