I use half of the pillow to put under my knees when sleeping and it is great - my bad knee is much better for using it! Not too thin or too thick - just right.

The pillow is great. This is the second one that I have purchased. Beware when you order sheets, they don’t always send them when they say they’re going to and there’s a lot of delays not very happy.
