Great Monitor

The crispness, clarity, color, and clarity of this monitor is unmatched. Go get you one ASAP. Now back to what I was doing on this monitor.

This smart monitor is an excellent choice

I charges by laptop via USBC, so i don't need a docking station
The remote comes handy to switch between inputs
The resolution and screen size is great for work and watching movies
It has inbuilt mic and a slim external camera.
It has become my primary monitor at home.
It has built in apps and dedicated buttons on the remote for NetFlix, Prime Video, Disney plus and Samsung TV plus.
This is a solid choice compared to other monitors available in the market.
Best for Work at home productivity.

This monitor is perfect for my daughter in college

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was reluctant when I purchased this monitor. She did not deem it necessary. Well, I knew about Samsung's reputation for remarkable support, innovative technology, and monitor versatility. She used the Monitor in her dorm room at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University as a Freshman. She relied upon the crisp picture and functionality for Television, Video Calls, and School Assignments. When she had a problem with connecting the WiFi to the Monitor, she received outstanding service from a professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable Samung Technical Product Support specialist. In turn, my daughter is so pleased and happy that I purchased the Samsung Smart Monitor. This Monitor will take her through the 5-year Mechanical Engineering Curriculum and beyond.

Great Picture, Mediocre Software and Remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is great. I use for productivity, gaming, and entertainment. I found the colors are great and accurate for each. Document editing is fun with the monitor because the picture is sharp.
The remote and the user Interface is very difficult to use. No mute button on the remote. Switing inputs require going to home every time. Also, for accessing setting, I have to go through the home screen. User interface and user experience could have been much better.
I use bixby as the speech interface, it makes things easier. The sound quality of the monitor is decent, but not too loud. I use a Bluetooth speaker.

Excellent work monitor/TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this smart monitor to use for work because I needed a much bigger screen. It gets the job done in that category, however, I was really looking forward to be able to split my screen so I can also stream something simultaneously but that’s unfortunately not an option unless you’re playing a video game which isn’t what i bought the monitor for. The only way I’ve been able to do it is if I cast my tablet or phone to the monitor. Hopefully this gets corrected at some point in the near future with a software update. Samsung is really excluding a key feature here. Otherwise, camera is excellent and so is the speaker. I’d still buy it if I had to choose all over again.

Perfect Monitor for Office and Home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent combination of Monitor and Smart TV. I use it as office moniter and sometimes, I watch Netflix or ESPN. Resolution, camera, speakers, everything works fine. I don't need any additional devices for day to day work.

Great Features: So great I wish it was 50 inches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my monitor for work, gaming, and watching movies in my home office. It allows me to be very productive and fun after work is done. Im a 38-year-old mom and wife so my home office is the only place in the house that allows me some time to my self. I start my day with tea in my office while I play a Youtube ambiance video to prepare for the day mentally. After cooking breakfast for my family and helping them start their day I return to the office and turn my monitor to PC mode and get to work. I use it connected to my MacBook and the 32 inches makes me feel like i can see so much more at a distance. Then around lunch I switch my monitor to game mode so I can play my Nintendo Switch cozy games. Then back to work. The remote makes it seamless switching back and forth. I do have an added light over the camera just so I am seen very clearly in my virtual meetings.

Pretty but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a very pretty monitor with a crisp screen and decent speakers but it's wifi is glitchy at best. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It execels as a TV but fails as a monitor. I would return if I could.
